Materials/Techniques: I used inks on PFD cloth. I tried using some school glue for a resist on the white of the wings. I love free motion quilting.

Artist Statement: We love birds and our garden so they seem to go together. Feeding the birds and planting things they like to eat takes time but it does pay off. I drew the bird and leaves and painted it with inks someone gave me. It brought joy to me and I hope to others.
