Materials/Techniques: Vintage ribbons, muslin, quilt binding, cotton thread and cotton batting.

Artist Statement: I created this mini quilt using vintage ribbons that I inherited from my beloved grandmother. The ribbons are woven together and are securely quilted using a wavy stitch. The back is cream-colored muslin.

Dedication: I made this quilt in loving memory of both my great-grandmother ("Mammaw") and my grandmother ("Granny"), both of whom developed Alzheimer’s in their later years. I treasure the memories of both of them, especially the memories of them patiently teaching me how to sew and quilt.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
