Artist Statement: My friend's mother, Fern, lost her memory to Alzheimer's disease. This quilt represents the way I saw her life fade. She loved paisley dresses but her love of anything became fractured by her disease.

Dedication: In memory of Fern Bickett and my friend, her daughter, Nan Hoffenkamp.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
