Artist's Statement: The inspiration for this piece was a photograph that I took at Garden of the Gods in Colorado. It developed from a self challenge coloring project from the “Fairie Goddess Mothers” group www.group.yahoo.com/group/fairiegoddessmothers, and was donated as part of their pledge to donate 150 quilt to Ami Simms. This piece is signed on back by the artist.
Dedication: To all the caregivers who must remember to take time for themselves and find the beauty around them.
