Artist's Statement: I love the simple geometric shapes of Amish quilts and their rich jewel tones which I have tried to reproduce in this series.
Dedication: Gene, a golfing buddy of my husband's has lovingly cared for his wife, Inez who is a victim of Alzheimer's. I dedicate this quilt to him and all the other caregivers out there.
