Materials/Techniques: Pieced and quilted. Over 40 buttons tumbling from a box are sewn on with clear thread. Interfacing has been added to the back to support the quilt and to keep it firm.
Artist's Statement: This is a miniature of a larger picture I made and framed several years ago and hung in my sewing area. I have a large collection of common and utility buttons that I use in crafts and sewn projects.
