Materials/Techniques: Painted (Jacquard) whole cloth linen/poly blend; tons of thread painting, snippets technique used for leaves on trees. Fused and thread painted, rocks, bushes and grasses. Fairy is embroidered suede with angelina wings on a bed of chenille fiber.
Artist's Statement: Inspired by thoughts of fairy tales and pictures of castles and peacefully sleeping babies, this would make a great gift for a baby or new mom.

Dedication: This is a smaller version of a quilt I made for my god daughter, Grace Angeline, and her grandpa Jerry who loves her very much.
