Materials/Techniques: Silk, colored with Caran d'Ache Neocolor crayons, then thread-painted. Clouds are angelina fiber with a bit of acrylic paint added.
Artist's Statement: I saw a picture of this sort of fence and since geometrics and perspective always seem to intrigue me, I decided to try to recreate it in cloth. I added the figure in the distance as a "statement" of the growing distance between a person with Alzheimer's and his loved ones.
