118 - Moonlight Madness

Width: 11 .25" Length: 8.75"
Materials/Techniques: Acrylic felt, tinsel, fibers, tulle, cotton fabrics and novelty prints. I cut out the motifs and shapes, fuse them to the felt, add the “goodies” cover with tulle and quilt. I use a fused binding to finish it off.
