Materials/Techniques: Fused, raw-edge applique, machine quilted, commercial cottons.
Artist's Statement: This is the third in a series of quilts I've been making called "Spiral Dance". They're based on a doodle I drew one day with my favorite shape and remind me of flowers dancing in a breeze or seaweed dancing in the current.
Dedication: Dedicated to my maternal grandmother, Erna McNeil and to my mother-in-law, Vergie Richardson, both of whom had Alzheimer's.
This quilt is displayed with Fast Finish Triangles.
This quilt earned $50 for Alzheimer's research.
