Artist's Statement: This wall quilt is part of a series of quilts made from class trash cans from around the United States. I clean out the garbage cans after teaching my classes. It's been the most fun!
Dedication: In honor of my dad who has overcome many heart and lung surgeries. He's a man with 9 lives and I love him!
