16 - Swimming in Circles

Materials/Techniques: Fused cotton fabrics. Machine-quilted in very small circles. Applied binding.
Artist's Statement: I started with a bunch of circles in different colors. I fused them to blue background fabric that had its own circular motif and then fussy-cut my bathing beauty from an old Moda fabric in my stash.
