Materials/techniques: Cotton, wool roving, novelty yarn, plastic button and glass bead embellishments.
Artist's Statement: I have always wanted to make an "art quilt." A mini quilt was a good way for me to experiment. I put layers and layers of wool roving, a variety of fibers, threadwork, and tulle on this colorful little quilt. I embellished the quilt with tiny glass beads, buttons, and a novelty yarn tassel.
